In this episode I discuss the recent survey released by Avenue Magazine, Edmonton that declares Alberta Avenue the best community to live in in Edmonton. I discuss some of the factors that led to Alberta Avenue being ranked so high and the one factor the survey could not capture but is equally important in making a great community to live in.
